How do I access my purchase?
After your purchase, you will receive an email with the details to access your purchase.  The email will be sent to the email you used when you purchased.  If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your other folders as well as your Spam folder.

Click the link in the email.  It will take you to a registration page to create your account and access the training.
How do I login to my account?
To login to your account, click here.  This link will take you to the login screen.  If you have not purchased and registered, you will not be able to access any of the training.  You must have a paid account and registered to access the training.
Can I get a refund?
Your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
